All event packages include tables and chairs to accommodate 150 people, a kitchen prep area, restrooms, several decoration options and bagged trash takeout. The bridal suite and groom’s room are only included in wedding packages.



Friday/Saturday Package: $4,000

  • Friday rehearsal 3:00 pm-11:00 pm

  • Saturday ceremony/reception 8:00 am-12:00am (midnight)

  • One photo session time slot prior to the wedding


Sunday Package: $3,000

  • Ceremony/reception 11:00 am-11:00 pm

**Weekday (Mon-Thurs) rehearsal can be added for an additional $500**



 Starting at $2,000

  • Available any day of the week 

  • Elopements are cash only and the total cost must be paid upon booking.

  • Can only be booked less than 6 weeks out 

  • Guest limit of 75 people

  • 12-hour time allowance



Smaller Events starting at $350

  • Mini events including but not limited to showers, parties, corporate business meetings, etc.

  • 4 hours of time between the hours of 11 am and 11 pm 

  • additional time $50 an hour

  • Can only be booked less than 6 weeks out 

  • total cost must be paid upon booking


Overages on Time Limits- $100 per hour

Clean-up by Venue Staff- $400 (after reception only)

Sunday Extension- $200 (2 hours, must be done by 10am)

Set-up-$100-$500 (varies on extent)

Alcohol-$500 (does not include beverages, cups, or bartender)

Extra Photo Session- $50 an hour minimum

Parking Attendant Prior to Ceremony- $100
